Christine, a popular actress based in Thailand, has accused a male paramedic of sexually assaulting her while she was in a state of medical emergency.

On March 31, Christine shared via social media that she had to seek emergency medical care after experiencing breathing difficulties. While she was in this state, a male paramedic arrived at her residence and refused to transfer her to the hospital immediately. The actress alleged that he took advantage of her weakened state and removed parts of her clothing, touched her inappropriately, and possibly took nude pictures.
During this entire assault, Christine was conscious but physically incapacitated. The nightmare ended only after security personnel and police arrived. The paramedic allegedly tried to cover up the incident by dressing her and pretending to administer aid.

On April 1, police reported that CCTV footage from the crime scene showed the suspect, a 34-year-old man dressed in all black attire, arriving at the actress’s condominium at around 3:39 am. He was seen carrying the actress in and out of her room. At one point, he was also seen using his mobile phone outside the room, just before the police and everyone else arrived.

According to investigators, the Bangkok South Criminal Court has already approved the arrest warrant for the suspect on charges of committing an indecent act against a person over the age of 15 by coercion. The Khlong Tan Police Station additionally revealed that the suspect has confessed to committing the crime, including taking pictures of the victim. However, he claimed that the images had been deleted and were not shared.

The suspect is due to be taken for further questioning at the Bangkok South Criminal Court on April 3. Christine has expressed gratitude for the support she has received from authorities and the public alike. She emphasized that she is not seeking any financial settlement and is determined to pursue the case to the end. Finally, while she admitted she was far from a complete recovery, she also urged people not to judge all rescue workers by the actions of one individual.
