Popular mukbang YouTuber Heebab has stunned fans after sharing a recent update showcasing her flawless physique.
On January 28, Heebab took to social media to post photos revealing her toned body, immediately drawing attention online. In the images, she shows off a slim figure with no visible excess fat, while her clearly defined abs especially caught fans’ eyes.
The update surprised many, considering Heebab is best known for consuming large quantities of food on camera. As a mukbang creator with 1.69 million subscribers, she has long been regarded as one of the genre’s “legendary” figures.
Heebab recently appeared on the variety show Pajama Party, where she openly discussed her earnings during the height of her career. She revealed that at her peak, her monthly income reached approximately ₩100 million KRW (about $69,900 USD).
She also shared behind-the-scenes details about her most-viewed mukbang content, explaining that one video alone has accumulated around 8 to 9 million views. In that particular video, Heebab spent eight hours eating four pizzas, 30 twisted donuts, and three sets of pork cutlets.
Despite her food-heavy profession, Heebab explained that maintaining her physique comes down to disciplined self-management. She shared that exercise is deeply ingrained in her daily routine, saying that if she has plans to drink but doesn’t have time to work out, she will run roughly five kilometers to the meeting location instead. She also emphasized that she hates going to sleep immediately after eating.
Her candid revelations have impressed fans, who praised her dedication and discipline, noting how her lifestyle choices allow her to balance a demanding mukbang career with a healthy, fit physique.
