Korean model Han Hye Jin recently opened up about crying after revealing her weight publicly for the first time.
In a video posted to her YouTube channel, she got emotional as she talked about the flood of support she received from fans.

While chatting with comedian Poongja about her diet journey, the model brought up comments from a previous episode in which she had first admitted to weighing 60kg.
Fans told her she looked better than ever, and many said that, after 30 years in the modelling industry, she had more than earned the right to put on a little weight. The overwhelming support moved her to tears.

Han Hye Jin also discussed the very real pressures that led her to start dieting again. Fashion brands send sponsored clothing samples as early as March, and those samples run extremely small, often XS. If the clothes don’t fit when a stylist shows up, it becomes a stressful situation fast.
She even revealed the exercise routine that she used. To get back in shape, she started walking 12km round trip to her tennis court and playing for an hour on top of that.
I’ve started playing tennis these days. It’s 6km to walk to the tennis court — 12km round trip — and then I stand and play tennis for an hour. Three hours in total. All the sweat and fat just melts away. The toxins are completely flushed out.
