The OG K-Pop queen IVY shared her intense 48-hour crash diet ahead of her first profile photo shoot in a decade.

In her latest YouTube video, the sexy idol revealed her fasting weight of 114 pounds (51.6 kilograms) and confessed, “I have some shocking news. I need to go on a diet.” Noting her recent weight gain, IVY said her confidence was on the line.
Emphasizing the importance of the shoot, she said, “Aren’t these profile photos something I’ll be using for the next 10 years? I have to look slim and pretty no matter what.” With a trip scheduled for the day after the shoot, she felt an urgent need for a rapid slim-down.
When I started rehearsals for Red Book last year, I was 106 pounds (48 kilograms). I gained close to 10 pounds in six months! If there’s food in front of me, I can’t resist it. I went through a period where my self-esteem dropped.

IVY then began a detox cleanse that included “CCA Juice” made with cabbage, carrot, and apple, consuming only the drink for 48 hours. Two days later, her weight had dropped by 3 pounds (1.3 kilograms), bringing her back into the 110-pound range.
Regaining her confidence, she even showed off her abs at the studio. As she slightly lifted her top, her defined abdominal lines were visible.

After completing the shoot, she expressed gratitude, saying she felt “lighter.” However, once the tension eased, IVY showcased her down-to-earth charm by indulging in a hearty pizza mukbang prepared at the studio!
