The Indonesian idol has been promoting Hearts2Hearts’ second mini album, Lemon Tang, which was released last month. During one of the group’s recent fan calls, a fan asked Carmen about NewJeans.

Without hesitation, Carmen sang a short part of NewJeans’ hit song “OMG” before smiling and saying, “I love them so much!”
The moment quickly spread across social media, with many fans surprised that she mentioned the group so openly.

The reactions come as NewJeans remain on hiatus amid their long-running legal dispute with ADOR.
