On June 20, 2026 (KST), SOONSOONHEE‘s Jihwan, whose real name is Yoon Jihwan, announced that he’ll be tying the knot with his non-celebrity bride at a wedding hall in Nam District, Busan. His bride is reportedly two years younger than him.
The ceremony will be attended by many of Jihwan’s seniors, juniors, and colleagues from the music industry. The congratulatory songs will be performed by popular vocal group Jamgol Bus, ballad singer Juho, singer-songwriter Pianoman, and Jihwan’s own group SOONSOONHEE.
Ahead of the wedding, Jihwan shared his thoughts on beginning this new chapter of his life.
We met through our common connection of music, and now we have reached this beautiful result. I will not take this precious relationship lightly. We will become pillars in each other’s lives and live healthily and beautifully together.
— Jihwan
Jihwan has been active as a member of SOONSOONHEE, a vocal group known for emotional ballads such as “At Seomyeon Station,” “Sad Invitation,” and “Even If I Close My Eyes.” The group has also become known as one of Busan’s representative vocal acts. The group gained even wider recognition after their original song “To Live” went viral as a popular Reels sound.
With his marriage, Jihwan becomes the second married member of SOONSOONHEE, following fellow member Kitae.
Congratulations to the couple!
