WOULD YOU RATHER #70 RESULTS
Last month’s Would You Rather prompt was a bit of a gimmie, as you were all tasked with choosing between a bloodhound and a doberman — and given the freedom to decide how literally you wanted to interpret the options. The results are in, and although both doggos got a lot of love in the comments section, the doberman — both the canine and human drama versions — is the winner of this particular dog fight.
Part of the doberman’s appeal came down to looks, with @asianromance calling them “cute” and @diana-hansen describing them as “handsome.” Others, like @ryunami, highlighted the breed’s intelligence. @nivar, who previously owned a beloved doberman, remembered their pup as “loyal, protective, goofy, loving, and lovable” — qualities that would make for both an excellent dog and a compelling prosecutor. Meanwhile, commenters such as @jerrykuvira and @goldenintuition approached the question from a more drama-minded perspective and decided the doberman prosecutor was the better pick simply because it promised less fighting.
Bloodhound supporters, meanwhile, accounted for just 30% of the vote. And honestly, if write-in candidates had been allowed, the bloodhound might have lost even more ground to the cat enthusiasts among our Beanies. (Yes, @lordcobol and @gikata, this means you.)
