    5th Gen Girl Group Member Reveals Diet Tips

    Kep1er’s Chaehyun is gaining attention after candidly sharing her personal diet tips, and fans are loving how realistic they are.

    Through a fan communication platform, Chaehyun responded to a fan asking about her diet method, breaking down simple habits she follows to maintain her condition. Instead of extreme dieting, Chaehyun emphasized balance.

    She explained that rather than forcing herself to eat only salads, she allows herself to eat what she wants, but in smaller portions, around one-third of a normal serving. Fans were especially surprised by this approach, calling it much more sustainable than restrictive diets. Chaehyun also highlighted the importance of taking supplements that suit your body, noting that hormones, nutrition, and circulation play a major role in overall health and weight management.

    “First of all, take supplements that suit your body well. Hormones, nutrition, and circulation are really important. You don’t want to eat only salad? Then you can eat everything you want instead, but really just a little, about one-third (I mean, instead of salad, you can eat what you want [so you can do this much, right?]). In the morning, drink a cup of water with a pinch of pink salt (you’ll crave water all day and your energy improves). Don’t eat late-night meals or drink alcohol. This is basic. This was the hardest for me too… But if you don’t eat it for a month, you stop craving it.”

    A fan also asked about her workout routine.

    She shared that while workouts should be tailored to each individual, it’s still possible to lose weight without intense exercise if eating habits are managed well. However, she recommended adding workouts when hitting a plateau.

    “You should do the routine that suits you the best. But even if you don’t exercise, if you follow my tips, you’ll lose weight. If you think that you’re hitting a plateau, exercise. I naturally have a lot of activity because of choreography…”
