A well-known internet celebrity has surrendered to the police after driving a Porsche off the Banpo Bridge in Seoul while under the influence of psychotropic drugs.

According to the Yongsan Police Station on March 3, KST, the driver “A” has been identified as a popular influencer in her 30s with over 110,000 followers and also the CEO of a hospital marketing agency. She was driving a Porsche SUV on February 25 when the vehicle plunged into the Han River embankment at the northern end of the Banpo Bridge. The police found several empty bottles of propofol and filled syringes in the vehicle.

The accident also left a man injured after his Mercedes-Benz collided with the Porsche, and he had to be taken to the hospital. After her surrender on March 2, police questioning ensued, during which “A” admitted to driving under the influence of the drug.
While the police were investigating how “A” acquired the propofol, another individual, identified as “B,” also surrendered to the police and confessed that they had delivered the drugs to her. “B” is reportedly a hospital employee who knew “A” through her marketing agency.
