The post claimed that NingNing looked more swollen in the first picture, while in the second one, she looked more straightened up. The OP speculated that the difference was due to arm fat. However, the post attracted many aggressive opinions, with some arguing that NingNing had plastic surgery and others claiming that the change in her look was thanks to Wegovy, a weight management pill for adults.
