A famous Korean star revealed the discrimination and physical abuse he endured from his homeroom teacher during his school days, explaining that these experiences ultimately led him to drop out and study abroad in Canada.
Recently, DinDin reflected on his struggles during his time studying in Canada while mentioning his difficult past.
Recalling his first year of high school, he said, “The homeroom teacher created an atmosphere of fear from day one by declaring, ‘I will make five students drop out every year.’”
He explained that discriminatory practices followed, such as bag inspections targeting only certain students, and that he was even beaten unfairly. He revealed that the abuse continued even on days when he was in the nurse’s office due to illness.
He described the situation by saying, “I was beaten for completely ridiculous reasons,” sharing his shocking experience.
Additionally, when the class president made a mistake, DinDin was blamed and beaten again in the faculty office. He recalled, “When I got home and saw my uniform, I broke down in tears.”
In the end, his father told him not to go back to school, and feeling he could no longer endure it, DinDin decided to drop out and left for Canada to study abroad about a month later.
