The members of fromis_9 have gone viral after sharing the unusual living conditions they experienced during their rookie years.
During a recent appearance on Knowing Bros, the group revealed that their dorm wasn’t located in a typical apartment building, instead, they were living directly above their agency’s office. According to the members, the company had converted the fourth and fifth floors of its building into living quarters.

The revelation surprised the cast, who wondered whether the building was at least comfortable enough to live in. Unfortunately, the answer was no.
“We lived in our company building. They remodeled the 4th and 5th floors into a living space, so we lived on the rooftop basically. In winter, the pipes would freeze, so we had to stay in a hotel, and in summer the aircon would leak so the staff would come up and scoop the water out.”
Fans were shocked by the story. Many were upset at the mistreatment.
