Since KATSEYE Manon‘s hiatus from the group was announced, speculation has followed.

Manon’s activities since have also fueled controversy, leading fans to criticize the group’s agencies. Many have turned suspicions towards the members themselves, analyzing their past interactions as evidence of their part in her continued hiatus.

Recently, the group were featured in Allure Magazine and interviewed both for the media outlet’s print version and their video content. A video of the group getting their nails done was shared on the magazine’s YouTube channel, where they were also asked questions.
At one point, Lara was asked if the “ginger Victorian child” still meant anything to her, to which Lara responded not love, but kindness and good vibes. In the background, Daniela can also be heard saying “it doesn’t” mean anything.

Some saw their comments to be “weird,” as if they were more directed at Manon though others did not buy into that thought process.

Items from the group’s print interview have also been discussed, as Sophia directly mentioned Manon’s hiatus.
