See You At Work Tomorrow: It’s good. Very entertaining.
If someone praised my work ethic the way Kang Si-woo praised Ji-yoon’s, I’d feel butterflies too. That was one damn proposal and I was a bit miffed that it wasn’t enough to woo her to his department. But, I was really glad his notes in her notebook did the rest.
I loved the way she clocked her boss. I don’t want to comment on the top management yet but I think they also caught the drift, saw it for what it is, and just let it simmer without shrinking Ji-yoon. I do hope this manner of tackling differences at the top remains till the end.
As a person who prefers a work-life balance, I would not mind working with Kang Si-woo. But, I’ll still be the Clock Out Fairy. I don’t believe in constant overtime as a show of dedication and grit. Ji-yoon is as competent and capable and dedicated and has grit and the best in her team and, she clocks out at the official close of day. But, now that she is joining his team, I don’t know if she’ll lose this part of her work life.
Royal Nemesis: Good riddance to empty rubbish.
Fifties Professional: A very underwhelming schtick. The well put together actors are doing the heavy lifting here but the writing just naughts all their efforts to save it.
I knew Bulgae was tricking them and the road accident brought back his entire memories. At least, Ho-myung did too.
Reborn Rookie: I’m yet to watch last week’s episode.
Teach You A Lesson: I put this on hold, for now. I’ll complete it once I find the mood.
I’m picking up Agent Kim Reactivated. The press photoshoots was very hilarious. If that’s the story its telling, I’m very much seated.
