Miss Grand International president, Nawat Itsaragrisil gave his opinion during a livestream. He stressed that fans should not blur the line between real-life relationships and the fictional pairings, and that if Engfa truly has feelings for someone, her choice deserves respect.

Together known as “EngLot,” this onscreen couple starred in the 2023 GL (Girls’ Love) series Show Me Love, which was based on the real-life story of Miss Grand Thailand 2022 and the success of “Englot”.
