Kim Soo Hyun has officially resumed his entertainment activities 16 months after halting them.
Kim Soo Hyun has confirmed he will participate in a new campaign for Philippine clothing brand Bench. He will be taking part in both the photoshoot and video filming today, July 14 KST.

This marks Kim Soo Hyun’s return to the entertainment industry 16 months after halting all activities due to the allegations made against him by Garo Sero Institute’s Kim Se Ui, including how he dated Kim Sae Ron while she was a minor. However, it was determined law enforcement that the “evidence” Kim Se Ui presented was fabricated through AI.
Notably, Bench is the same brand that signed Kim Soo Hyun as a model back in 2024 prior to his hiatus, and the fact that they stood by him even amid the controversy has made this collaboration all the more noteworthy.
Kim Soo Hyun’s upcoming K-Drama Knock Off is still currently awaiting broadcast, with Disney+ stating they have not determined whether or not they will proceed with broadcast as of now.
