Amid the controversy over the photos, netizens noticed that one of Jin’s posts on the Gucci website was filled with malicious comments written in Chinese.
One fan shared that fans of Jin had been doxing actor Xiao Zhan, and called for action to be taken.

The issue began to spread on social media after it was alleged that BTS fans weren’t happy with Xiao Zhan’s treatment compared to the idol, so an alleged Jin fan account then doxxed the actor by posting his personal information.
