It is not the first time.

Stray Kids‘ Jisung’s accidental skin exposure has sparked major reactions.
Stray Kids’ Han | JYP Entertainment
Stray Kids are currently on their Run It tour, and kicked off the Japanese leg on August 29 with the first of two dates in Tokyo. Most recently, the group performed the first of two dates at the Vantelin Dome in Nagoya.
During the show, the group wear various outfits, including a set of white looks for a specific performance. During the Sept 5 concert, Han’s was a bit more open than usual, as noted by fans, allowing some of his tattoos to be seen.

Following the show, Han sent a long message on Bubble, seemingly addressing the extra skin exposure. He stated that he got a call from the company, to explain whether or not he had purposely unbuttoned his jacket, which he explained that he did not.
Regarding the question of whether I personally undid the buttons on my jacket during today’s performance, I received an urgent message from SKZ staff saying that some people were misunderstanding the situation, so I’ve come here to explain it myself.
I’m not that confident about my body. Before the performance, I even worked hard to get in shape and ended up with a nice, full belly.
So, me opening it myself? Oh, come on. The outfit only has one button, so it tends to come undone from time to time.
It happened at the National Stadium too, but since I was in the back then, I guess it wasn’t caught on camera.
From now on, I’ll make sure to keep my belly buttoned up, so please don’t look at my stomach too much. It’s embarrassing.
Jisung will protect his baby belly!
That’s the end of Jisung’s excuse. I’ll be fighting again tomorrow, too.
If I’d known this would happen, I should’ve eaten before the concert.
Tsk.

Many fans were outraged that the company would take action over an issue they did not view as a problem, while disregarding others.
#HAN Jisung has endured years of hate, and even his music being stolen across platforms this year remains unresolved. Yet when his jacket accidentally opened during today’s concert, staff immediately contacted him, making him apologize over something this minor pic.twitter.com/5e7nUUng3E

“got an urgent message from skzigi asking if i was the one who undid my jacket button”
the fact that theyre literally monitoring his every fucking movement down to whether his own jacket button was undone by himself or any little sliver of the tattoo is showing and then… https://t.co/XuUdrrWvLF

This is likely linked to his tattoos, specifically one located on his side being exposed, which you can read the company’s previous response to below.
