The controversy has now reached Korean online communities, where netizens have been discussing the posts and whether they cross a line.
Several old Instagram posts have been brought back into discussion, including images featuring guns, knives, blood-like visuals and references to real-life criminals. Users have also pointed to Giselle using music associated with controversial figures, including XXXTentacion, as well as imagery connected to Bonnie and Clyde.

In the comments, many Korean netizens questioned why Giselle would post or be associated with such imagery.
