A very old video of BTS’s V has resurfaced online and is now sparking intense debate among netizens on X (formerly Twitter).
The clip, taken from the early years of his career, shows V meeting two women while in the United States. One woman is white, and the other is Black. Netizens have condemned V for his supposedly “starkly different” behavior toward each woman, leading to serious accusations of racism.

In the video, V’s body language seems stiffer and more awkward when hugging the Black woman. As the clip spread, it quickly went viral, surpassing 5 million views and triggering heated reactions across social media.

On the other hand, many have strongly defended V. Fans pointed out that he was reportedly around 16 years old at the time and inexperienced, suddenly placed in an awkward situation involving physical contact with an older woman.
