In the video, singer K.Will shared, “I lost 14kg from my heaviest weight. Now I’ve regained about 3kg, so I’m down 11kg overall.”
He explained, “I started Wegovy when I was at my heaviest. I lost about 4.5kg over four months, but it was hardly effective. After failing with Wegovy, I experienced an absurd yo-yo effect. Wegovy just made alcohol taste bad,” he said.
K.Will said his weight was 86 to 87kg but bounced back up to 91kg after stopping Wegovy, adding, “I didn’t have strong determination to diet while on Wegovy. I thought it would just make me lose weight. But when I started Mounjaro, I had a strong will to lose weight because I was preparing for a performance.”
He revealed his actions after starting Mounjaro: “On the first day, I didn’t eat anything. The next day, I had lost 3kg, and from then on, the weight kept dropping steadily.” He lost 14kg in two months.
He emphasized that supplements alone aren’t enough to lose weight: “I relied solely on Wegovy and failed. With Mounjaro, I combined diet and exercise.” He said he practiced one meal a day, along with both cardio and strength training, adding, “I did 30 minutes of ‘Stairway to Heaven’ and 30 minutes of interval running.“
