Dating regrets hit differently when you look back on a long-term relationship. Actress Baek Jin Hee recently got candid about her past dating style, even calling herself “stupid” while reflecting on how she acted in previous relationships.
On July 1, in a new video uploaded to her YouTube channel, Baek Jin Hee played a game in which she chose between different romantic scenarios from the early stages of dating. Before even starting, she confessed, “I want to feel butterflies.” When presented with the first choice, “When they send a photo or song saying, ‘I thought of you,’ versus when your hands lightly touch on the armrest while watching a movie,” Baek Jin Hee immediately reacted, “Oh my, this reminds me of the past. I miss it.”
She was then asked to choose between “when they speak in a slightly jealous tone” and “when they secretly take a photo of me and send it, saying I look cute,” and Baek Jin Hee was not a fan of the second option.

She then explained that she prefers a little jealousy in relationships. “They need to get jealous,” she said. “Because I’m not the type to do things that would make the other person jealous.” The actress then made a more vulnerable confession about how she acts once she starts dating.
When I start dating, I’m the type to adjust everything to the other person. That’s why they all left. I’m not good at push-and-pull. I just adjust to everything. I was stupid.

Baek Jin Hee previously dated actor Yoon Hyun Min. The two first met through the MBC weekend K-drama My Daughter, Geum Sa Wol, which ended in 2016. They began dating in April of the same year after the series wrapped. After seven years together, though, Baek Jin Hee and Yoon Hyun Min confirmed their breakup in 2023.
