There are actually quite a few! The key might be to avoid workplace rom coms, since the ML is often the chaebol boss.
One workplace rom com that breaks this mold however is Her Private Life. I do think ML has more money than FL does in this, but it’s certainly not the central conflict between or around them. It also boasts one of the best confession scenes ever! Love Scout also flips the boss/employee dynamic around from the usual gender dynamics and they never really feel like they are on uneven footing. And Brewing Love has leads who are working together, but not for one another, so any class differences don’t come up in the same way.
Hometown ChaChaCha and Once Upon a Small Town are also good options where the OTPs are on a more level playing field. Both focus much more on the fish-out-of-water situation of a Seoul person coming to a small town for a while (semi against their will) and that culture shock more than any class differences.
Our Beloved Summer is also a good option. As a second-chance romance, the conflict is past hurt, misunderstandings, and immaturity. You could also put Love Your Enemy in this category, but it’s (imo) not nearly as good.
And then there are all the rom coms where there is so much external conflict that the leads don’t really have time to think about class differences even if they did exist! I’d put Crash Landing On You in this category, along with My Holo Love, May I Help You, Doctor Slump, or Extraordinary You. Hope you find something that works for you!
