The idol was hit with a wave of criticism over the “Zionist” nature of the song’s writer. Netizens shared “proof” of the problematic nature of Justin Tranter and claimed that Jennie continued to work with zionists, pointing to past criticism she has gotten for things like brand deals that have also been deemed controversial
a song written by a zionist who called the sh00ting an antisemitic hate crime despite the sh00ter being a german who served in the israeli military is actually insane 💀 jennie never misses a chance to show her zionist side https://t.co/qDAsyIlSJf pic.twitter.com/9QBe63UwaW

Jennie’s new song was written and produced by Justin Tranter, a Zionist who publicly signed the CCFP letter supporting Israel and opposed the Eurovision boycott. Her stans have spent two days talking about Zionism while their fave’s collaborator has these ties 💀 https://t.co/T9oy6o69m8
