Former Dad! Where Are We Going? star Sung Bin is gaining attention after her father, actor Sung Dong Il, revealed what she’s doing now, and just how much she has changed.
On a recent YouTube appearance, Sung Dong Il opened up about the current lives of his children, including daughter Sung Bin, who first captured viewers’ hearts through the hit family reality show over a decade ago.
According to the actor, Sung Bin has undergone a complete transformation since her childhood television days.
“She’s changed to the point that it’s like the world has been turned upside down.”
Sung Dong Il revealed that his daughter is currently pursuing contemporary dance. He also noted that the energetic young girl viewers remember from Dad! Where Are We Going? is almost unrecognizable today. The actor further revealed that Sung Bin currently weighs around 47kg and has worked incredibly hard to achieve her current physique.
According to Sung Dong Il, dance did not come naturally to her at first.
“Her body type wasn’t particularly suited for dance. When she was younger, she was extremely pigeon-toed.”
However, he praised his daughter’s determination, explaining that she overcame those challenges through years of effort and training.
A preview for the next episode also showed Sung Bin making a surprise appearance herself. Viewers were stunned by her appearance, with many commenting on how much she had grown since her days as a child star.
Despite her dramatic transformation, fans noted that she still appeared to have the same confident personality and playful father-daughter chemistry with Sung Dong Il that made viewers fall in love with the family years ago.
