“Motion Minds Entertainment Co., Ltd. would like to issue this statement regarding “Shelly Phetsai Chanrueang” and a personal relationship that has affected her professional responsibilities and working relationship with another artist under the company.
The company has become aware of and conducted a review of the circumstances concerning Shelly’s relationship with another individual, which was not disclosed to the company.
She also did not disclose this relationship to “Pundao Punyabaramee,” with whom she has shared both a professional partnership and a close personal relationship.
Based on the facts reviewed by the company, the failure to disclose this relationship resulted in circumstances involving an overlapping relationship, which has affected trust, the professional relationship between the artists, and the appropriateness of their continuing to work together.
The company would like to emphasize that this matter does not concern controlling or interfering with an artist’s private life. Rather, it concerns honesty, accountability, and trust in a professional working relationship, particularly where such circumstances have directly affected another artist and the company’s operations.
After carefully considering the facts and the impact of the situation, the company has resolved to implement the following measures:
- Shelly Phetsai Chanrueang will be suspended from work, effective from the date of this announcement and until further notice.
- All joint professional activities and working roles between Shelly Phetsai and Pundao Punyabaramee will be discontinued, effective from the date of this announcement, including all activities and projects carried out under the company.
- For any previously scheduled work or projects involving both artists, the company will review each matter individually and announce the appropriate arrangements accordingly.
The company recognizes that this decision may affect the feelings of the artists, staff members, and fans who have continuously supported Shelly and Pundao. However, the company has a responsibility to uphold professional standards, accountability, and mutual trust among all individuals working under the company.
The company kindly asks everyone to respect all parties involved and refrain from speculation, sharing unverified information, or making statements concerning individuals beyond the facts addressed in this announcement.
We sincerely thank everyone for their understanding and continued support of our artists and their work.”

Many were confused over the statement, however, Shelly herself came forward to explain the situation, revealing that she had met with her ex without her company or Pundao’s knowledge and apologized. She also reconfirmed that she and Pundao were dating, and directly apologizing for the hurt she caused.
