They just want the best for him.

Fans of NCT have sent protest trucks to SM Entertainment’s headquarters to voice their dissatisfaction with NCT Wish Yushi’s recent hair and makeup styling.

According to fan communities and photos shared online, multiple LED trucks were spotted parked near SM Entertainment’s building, displaying messages demanding better styling direction for Yushi.

    • “Be considerate of Yushi’s health! We stand against useless redeye flights and over-the-top schedules.:
    • “Can you consider yourself top stylists? Yushi’s pretty face should not be used as a shield for your low makeup skills.”

Fans argued that his recent hair and makeup choices failed to highlight his visuals and stage presence, with some claiming the styling was inconsistent and poorly suited to him. The trucks were set up by his Chinese fan union. They felt that the stylist was using Yushi as a canvas for their own freedom of expression, resulting in Yushi’s popularity being nerfed.

An artist’s makeup should exist for the stage and for the fans, not for a stylist’s self-indulgence. Stop suppressing Yushi’s popularity through makeup! Poor choreography positions and formations are disrespectful to the artist’s hard work.
The loss of fair treatment will be directly reflected in sales .

They also released a long statement in English.

Overall, they called for three things. The first, better styling. Next, increase his time in the center of the stage. Last, they want the company to prioritize his health.

As of now, SM Entertainment has not released an official statement regarding the protest trucks or the demands made by fans. It is generally rare for companies to directly address protest trucks. However, similar incidents in the past have occasionally led agencies to quietly adjust styling or creative direction.
