Former Apink member Hong Yookyung is pregnant!
In a recent Instagram post, Yookyung shared that she was 16 weeks pregnant and had reached a safe enough point to make the announcement. Her post included multiple ultrasound images, photos of the pregnancy test, and other images.

I’ve been dying to tell you all for so long, but…!
Now that I’ve reached the stable stage at 16 weeks, I can finally announce my pregnancy ✨
Our baby’s nickname is Dangdangie. We chose it because we want the baby to grow up strong and confident.
I’m still a first-time mom-to-be who doesn’t know much yet, but I’ll do my best to learn and become a wonderful mother. Please keep watching over me and give us lots of love and support 🫶🏻

Hong Yookyung debuted as a member of Apink in 2011 but departed in 2013 to focus on her studies. She later enrolled in the graduate program in Clothing and Textiles at Seoul National University and has since pursued a career as a fashion designer.
She married a non-celebrity in 2023.
