Many groups attended the weekly music show on the April 16 episode of M!Countdown and performed their recent comebacks. The two nominees for the episode were AKMU with their song “Paradise of Rumors” and KISS OF LIFE with “Who Is She.”

AKMU initially scored higher in the first category, but KISS OF LIFE scored stronger across the other four categories, taking home the win with a final score of 8884.
The members of the group were highly emotional, as this win marked their first in this comeback and the first since 2024.
Belle almost immediately began crying, while the win seemed to hit the others more slowly. As Julie gave her speech, she began to choke up, as the others wiped their tears on stage.

Though KISS OF LIFE have already gotten their first music show win and had others, two were on MTV‘s The Show and one on MBC M’s Show Champion, which are broadcast on a subscription channel. M!Countdown, MusicBank, Inkigayo, and Music Core are all broadcast on public television and are considered “harder” to win by some, though all music show wins are noteworthy.
The group celebrated with fans after the show as well, going live to thank them.
