Gong Myung works for Shin Hye-sun in Filing for Love

Busy bee Shin Hye-sun (The Art of Sarah) returns to our screens next month in tvN’s office romance Filing for Love. She plays the ruthless auditor Joo In-ah, known throughout the company as the number one person to avoid, and unfortunately for Gong Myung (Mercy for None), he gets demoted to her team.
Noh Ki-joon (Gong Myung) is the ace of the audit team 1 and struts through the halls with confidence. Humility is clearly a foreign trait to this man as he sings 2NE1’s “I Am the Best” with the biggest smile on his face. Alas, his perfect world comes crashing down when Joo In-ah returns and takes him under her wings.
In-ah puts him in charge of internal affairs or, in less polite terms, office sex scandals. He thinks it is a waste of his skills, but In-ah disagrees, calling him an “idiot” under the guise of karaoke. As the two work closely together to catch their targets, their job requires a bit of unconventional methods such as sneaking around parking garages and pretending to be a couple in public.
While investigating other people’s secrets, Ki-joon digs into In-ah’s as well in hopes of finding blackmail. He thinks to himself that this could be a chance to finally get rid of his boss for good. In-ah, though, is aware of his duplicitous feelings and points out that he seems to think she is some sort of psychopath. He argues that she does give off that impression, and a quick succession of scenes seems to verify his claim. However, things take a turn when In-ah asks him for his thoughts, and Ki-joon calls her beautiful. Granted, the teaser then cuts to In-ah laughing in his face, and Ki-joon looks a bit baffled and disgusted by her response.
Though not present in the teaser, Kim Jae-wook (To My Beloved Thief) and Hong Hwa-yeon (The Price of Confession) also star in the upcoming rom-com. Directed by PD Lee Soo-hyun (My Dearest Nemesis) with scripts penned by Yeo Eun-ho (Crash Course in Romance), Filing for Love premieres April 25 in the Saturday-Sunday slot.
