SEVENTEEN‘s Dino has sparked concern after a potentially dangerous stage malfunction occurred during his recent solo concert.
On August 21, Dino kicked off his three-day 2026 DINO X PICHEOLIN [吉BOARD SHOW] at Seoul’s Jamsil Indoor Stadium. The concerts, held from August 21 through 23, sold out during fanclub presales and are also being streamed online.
However, footage from the first night has circulated online for a much more concerning reason. During one performance, Dino was standing on an elevated stage lift when a safety door on the platform appeared to suddenly swing open while the lift was still raised.

Dino appeared to momentarily be shocked as the door opened behind him, but fortunately managed to close it quickly.
The height of the lift made the incident particularly alarming to fans, as a misstep in the wrong direction could potentially have resulted in a serious fall.
Videos of the moment quickly prompted concern over the concert’s stage safety, with fans questioning how a door on an elevated platform could have opened while an artist was performing.

Fortunately, Dino appeared to escape the incident without injury and was able to continue performing.
Still, fans are calling for the equipment to be thoroughly inspected before the remaining concerts, stressing that even a brief malfunction involving an elevated platform could have far more serious consequences. As clips of the frightening moment continue circulating, fans have expressed relief that Dino reacted quickly while demanding greater precautions to ensure the same malfunction does not happen again.
