- Junho (Cashero) is reportedly in talks to head the Korean Foreign Embassy (roughly translated) – in the supernatural division – potentially becoming our ambassador hero who is also a dragon with water-harnessing abilities. But rom-com shenanigans ensue of course when a human intern is mistakenly transferred to his team. Directed by PD Bae Hyun-jin (Hierarchy, Alchemy of Souls 2) directing with scripts by Shin Ha-eun (Love Next Door, Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha), the fantasy is currently in discussions to air on tvN next year. - New posters have come out on ENA, jumping from the past to the present to follow our first love leads in Your Dream. Starring Hwang In-yub (Dear X) and Hyeri (Friendly Rivalry), in addition to Baek Sung-chul (Brewing Love), Lee Yeol-eum (Dear X), and Lee Sang-yub (Beyond the Bar), the romance is slated to premiere on July 13. - On Netflix, we creep towards The East Palace alongside Nam Joo-hyuk (Vigilante) in the mystery-horror and sageuk’s first poster. With the ghost hunt joined by court lady Roh Yoon-seo (The Frog) and Joseon’s king Jo Seung-woo (Divorce Attorney Shin), the 8-episode series will be dropping on July 17 next month. Production is led by PD Choi Jung-kyu (Soundtrack #2, The Devil Judge) as well as the writer-duo behind Bulgasal: Immortal Souls, Kwon Sora and Seo Jae-won. [Osen]
- KBS also leads us down a darker lane in the latest poster for The Husband, headlined by Namgoong Min (Our Movie), Lee Seol (Our Movie), Kim Dae-myung (The Art of Negotiation), and Lee Sang-hee (The Price of Confession). - tvN’s Love in Disguise continues to trickle in promos with another set of stills, this time showcasing our second leads: Kim Jung-hyun (Siren’s Kiss) and Yeonwoo (Love Phobia). Along with Im Shi-wan (Squid Game 3) and Seol In-ah (Oh My Ghost Clients), the office rom-com and webnovel-adaptation will be releasing later in 2026 and streaming internationally on Amazon Prime.
