Appearing on the variety program Moo No Plan Season 3, Hwang Jae Gyun didn’t shy away from discussing his personal life. When the topic of remarriage came up, he admitted without hesitation, “If the opportunity comes, I’d like to get married again,” adding that he is “open” to the idea.
Despite saying that he doesn’t currently have a strict “ideal type,” Hwang Jae Gyun did reveal one preference that caught viewers’ attention: “I hope she’s tall,” he said, offering a rare glimpse into what he looks for in a partner now.

The lighthearted conversation also included playful banter with host Jeon Hyun Moo, as Hwang Jae Gyun confidently joked that his remarriage might happen before Jeon Hyun Moo even gets married for the first time.
This marks the first time in over a year since his divorce that Hwang Jae Gyun has publicly addressed remarriage so directly. He and Jiyeon finalized their divorce in late 2024 after less than two years of marriage—a development that shocked many fans at the time.
