The photos captured Han Hye Yeon enjoying her trip to Jeju. Wearing a one-piece swimsuit, she displayed an elegant vibe reminiscent of a model, drawing attention.
In another photo, she wore a bikini, revealing her slim figure. Her toned lines without any excess fat and relaxed vibe caught the eye.
Actor Han Ji Min left a comment saying, “The first photo is so pretty,” expressing her affection for Han Hye Yeon.
Meanwhile, Han Hye Yeon drew attention by revealing that she lost 16kg through dieting and currently weighs 44kg.
Recently, on a YouTube channel, Han Hye Yeon said, “I succeeded in dieting by being very mindful of what I eat,” adding, “The basics of dieting are 90% diet and 10% exercise. You can’t diet long-term just by exercising a lot or starving yourself.”
She continued, “It’s not easy to diet without eating sweets. When I really wanted a snack, I drank protein shakes to satisfy that craving,” revealing her dieting secret. “I skip breakfast but eat lunch and dinner, but the time between lunch and dinner was really tough. When I craved something sweet, I would drink a chocolate-flavored protein shake.”
