    MAMAMOO member Hwasa offered warm advice to students who dream of becoming singers.

    Hwasa recently visited Seoul Performing Arts High School, where she spent time sharing dreams and hope with students from the Department of Applied Music. Transforming into a one-day music teacher, Hwasa communicated directly with the students by answering their questions.

    As an 11-year veteran singer, she revealed her personal self-care routine. Hwasa shared that she recently lost 5kg (11 lbs), bringing her weight into the 40kg range (under 108 lbs).

    “As soon as I wake up, I go running on an empty stomach. I run for at least 30 minutes. For breakfast, I eat chicken breast with konjac rice and drink a protein shake.”
