    Seo Kang-joon, Ahn Eun-jin

    1. KBS has confirmed casting for Seo Kang-joon (Undercover High School) and Ahn Eun-jin (Dynamite Kiss), putting the pair in a 10-year relationship and feeling lost at a crossroads somewhere between getting married and breaking up. And thus they consider Dating Someone Else Not You (roughly translated), which is slated to broadcast later this year. Reportedly co-starring Jo Ah-ram (To the Moon), the romance has PD Hwang Seung-ki (The Matchmakers) and rookie writer Yoo Su-ji leading the team. [Ilgan Sports, Osen]
    1. MBC has decreed a new poster for Perfect Crown, seating chaebol IU (When Life Gives You Tangerines) with her prince Byun Woo-seok (Lovely Runner); and flanked by Noh Sang-hyun (Genie Make a Wish) as well as Gong Seung-yeon (My Lovely Journey). Set in a fictional Korea where a monarchy still exists, the royal procession will be coming to our screens on April 10, following In Your Radiant Season in the weekend slot. [MBC]

    1. Joo Ji-hoon (Climax) apparently knows no rest as the booked and busy actor is already reviewing an offer for a new project, potentially turning chaebol for the crime-thriller Buy King. Production is in the early stages with filmmaker Jo Sung-hee (Space Sweepers, A Werewolf Boy) at the helm and Lee Shin-ho writing. In the meantime, we can expect to see Joo next (after the currently airing Climax) in Disney+’s Remarried Empress. [Ilgan Sports, Osen]
    2. Back on KBS, casting also continues for the upcoming Love Is Coming (roughly translated), which is now courting Bae Jung-nam (Spring Fever) to join the lineup as Hani’s (Call It Love) best friend. With the actors – as well as Ha Suk-jin (To My Beloved Thief) – in talks, the weekender and family drama will be following Recipe for Love in August. Directed by PD Hong Seok-gu (Queen’s House, Beauty and Mr. Romantic), scripts are being penned by Lee Kyung-hee (Chocolate). [My Daily, Newsen]
    3. SBS’s Sold Out on You has dropped their first poster, where our farmer Ahn Hyo-seop (A Time Called You) is beleaguered by requests from shopping channel show host Chae Won-bin (Who Is She). Along with Kim Bum (Tale of the Nine Tailed 1938) and Go Du-shim (Check In Hanyang), the opposites-attract rom-com will be launching next month on April 22 in the Wednesday-Thursday slot. [SBS]
