A popular Korean actress revealed her unexpected morning routine, surprising viewers.
On the September 23 broadcast of KBS 2TV’s Love in the Moonlight special program, Kim You Jung’s morning routine was aired.
After spending the last night of their trip eating ice cream with Park Bo Gum, Jin Young, Chae Soo Bin, and Kwak Dong Yeon until dawn, Kim You Jung woke up first the next morning and went to the kitchen.
Kim You Jung filled a pot with water and ice and repeatedly dipped her face in the icy water for a few seconds at a time to reduce puffiness, surprising viewers.
Born in 1999, Kim You Jung debuted as a TV commercial model in 2003 and has been known to consistently work hard on self-care.
In a video released last November on the Fairy Jae Hyung YouTube channel, she confessed, “My family are big eaters. When I was young and at my peak appetite, I was often scolded for eating too much, which was frustrating. I’ve always been someone who eats a lot, and eating was everything to me. But after dieting and managing my weight a lot, I lost the joy of eating.”
Meanwhile, Kim You Jung will appear in tvN’s 20th anniversary special new weekend drama 100 Days of Deception, which premieres on October 10.
