Donghae is currently on his first solo concert tour, Alive, performing for fans across Asia. The tour began in Seoul, and will wrap up in Macao on August 14 and 15th.

On June 28th, the idol was performing for fans in Hong Kong during the second of two dates, when he suddenly appeared to have an emergency on stage. While performing his song “Help!,” the idol appeared to jump, then suddenly collapsed to his knees.
The idol then tried to continue on, but was in obvious pain. He eventually laid down on his back on the stage, before his staff came and assisted him off.
Annie said that during “HELP,” Donghae was about to stand up when his back suddenly started hurting. After that, he stayed lying down for quite a while, it turned out he was enduring the pain. He eventually returned to the stage and sat in a chair after a pause in the show, later apologizing to the fans for “ruining” their day while tearing up. He shared that he has a herniated disc in his back, which suddenly caused him to be in pain, but he was able to joke about the situation.
