“Is it a crime?” she asked.

Babbyang has never been shy about the career path that made her famous, or the money that came with it. And the influencer, streamer, DJ, and former Miss MAXIM winner recently drew attention again after revealing her latest pictorial for MAXIM’s July issue.
On June 27, 2026 (KST), Babbyang shared photos from the shoot on her personal account, writing, “I worked on this with the concept of the 3rd anniversary costume ‘Tricky Lover Dalvi.’”
The pictorial was inspired by Dalvi, a character from the popular game Brown Dust 2. In the photos, Babbyang showcased a bold styling concept with dramatic makeup, a dreamy gaze, and striking poses that highlighted the character’s seductive aura.
But for many viewers, the new pictorial also brought renewed attention to Babbyang’s past remarks about how she turned her figure into a career.
Back in 2023, Babbyang appeared on Channel S’s Attack of the Sisters, where she openly discussed both the financial success and emotional strain that came with becoming a sexy online personality. At the time, she introduced her concern by asking, “Is it a crime to make money with my boobs, which is my strength?”
She explained, “When I was younger, my bust developed differently from others, so I was busy trying to hide it.” But soon enough, she realized she had been blessed.
I was already a B cup by 4th grade, and they kept growing until I turned 24. I’m a G cup now. Once I became an adult, I started showing them off as my strength, and I ended up making ₩60.0 million KRW (about $39,100 USD) a month.

Babbyang also revealed that before becoming a streamer, she worked as a hair designer at KBS’s newsroom for around five years. After becoming physically exhausted from the job, she began looking for work she could do from home and eventually started game streaming.
However, she said her early broadcasts had only nine subscribers. After people around her told her to “use what she got,” she began wearing more revealing outfits on stream and changed the direction of her content.
By 2022, Babbyang was crowned the winner of the 2022 Miss MAXIM Contest and has since continued activities as a model, influencer, and DJ.
