Actress Moon Chae Won directly shut down long-running dating allegations involving actor Lee Joon Gi after receiving an unexpected question during a recent YouTube Q&A.
During the Q&A session, one viewer bluntly asked: “Why did you break up with Lee Joon Gi?”
Moon Chae Won immediately laughed off the assumption and clarified that they were never together.
“I think this was asked by a fan who was way too into the drama. Joon Gi oppa and I never broke up because we were never together.”
Moon Chae Won and Lee Joon Gi previously gained major attention for their chemistry through their drama Flower of Evil, where they played a married couple. Their emotional performances and natural interactions throughout the series led many viewers to heavily ship the pair even after the drama ended.
