So Ji-sub is Agent Kim Reactivated with Choi Dae-hoon, Yoon Kyung-ho

Assembling the team along with Agent Kim Reactivated on SBS, our neighborhood ajusshi leads – So Ji-sub (Mercy for None), Choi Dae-hoon (The WONDERfools), and Yoon Kyung-ho (The Legend of Kitchen Soldier) – have revealed their once secret identities and begin their rescue mission in the latest teaser, poster, and stills.
Once upon a time, Agent 66 (So Ji-sub) was a dangerous double spy caught between North and South Korea. After his wife’s death, though, he went into hiding for the safety of their daughter and he cleverly concealed himself under the very common moniker of Manager Kim (from his corporate job). More significantly, he’s also known as Min-ji’s Dad. And in our story’s present day, after years of peace, the now teenage Min-ji (Seo Soo-min) has suddenly been kidnapped.
For Kim, this means war, even if he has to fight alone. He is assigned two teammates, though, with the adage that, ‟Two is better than one. And three is better than two.” But Kim is not exactly reassured considering that taekwondo master Sung Han-soo (Choi Dae-hoon) as well as military man Park Jin-chul (Yoon Kyung-ho) are both more brawns than brains. But despite their quirks, the two can truly appreciate what’s at stake for Kim as they themselves are also proud dads. And our ajusshi trio will be pulling out all the stops to bring Min-ji back.
Also starring Joo Sang-wook (Buried Hearts) and Sohn Na-eun (The Tale of Lady Ok), among other talents in the supporting lineup, SBS’s upcoming Agent Kim Reactivated will be premiering next week on June 26.
Broadcasting on weekends following My Royal Nemesis, production for the webtoon-adaptation has PD Lee Seung-young (Wonderful World, Tracer) and PD Lee So-eun co-directing, alongside writing by screenwriter Nam Dae-joong (The First Ride, Love Reset).
