The speculations of discord between KATSEYE member Manon and her bandmates are not showing any signs of slowing down, especially after Manon’s birthday this year.

Manon celebrated her 24th birthday on June 26, and though the official social media account of KATSEYE made a post wishing her, fans didn’t fail to notice that none of the members made any posts on their individual accounts for the occasion.

The noticeable silence from the rest of the KATSEYE members reignited the heated discourse about Manon being disliked by all of them, leading many to dig up previous clips and analyze their behavior toward her. One clip that has since drawn particular attention was from KATSEYE’s Tailgating event in Los Angeles last year.
Since the event took place just a day after Manon’s birthday, fans were singing her the happy birthday song. While Manon appeared genuinely touched by the gesture, many felt that Daniela, who was standing beside her, looked “bitter” about the attention she was getting. At one point during the birthday song, she pointed toward herself, which struck many as odd. After Manon thanked fans and joked that she was “finally 21,” Daniela took the mic and said, “She’s 21 for the third time,” causing Manon to break into a chuckle. She then proceeded to announce that her birthday was in three days as well, prompting the crowd to break into a birthday song for her as well.
