The wedding was attended only by family and close relatives, with her groom confirmed to be a non-celebrity.
What makes the news all the more surprising is that Moon Chae Won had never once been linked to any dating rumors throughout her entire career, making her sudden marriage announcement feel like it came completely out of nowhere for fans.
The actress first broke the news herself back in April through a heartfelt handwritten letter shared with the public.

Ahead of the wedding, rumors began circulating online claiming she was pregnant before marriage and that her groom was a younger dermatologist. Her agency swiftly denied both claims, calling them “not true.”
Born in 1986, Moon Chae Won debuted in the 2007 drama Mackerel, Run!, and has since built one of the most impressive resumes in Korean entertainment. Her credits include beloved dramas like The Princess’ Man, The Innocent Man, Good Doctor, Flower of Evil, and Payback, as well as films such as War of the Arrows.
She confirmed she has no plans to step away from acting, promising fans plenty more to look forward to.
