“What a f*ck ass headline…”

Billboard‘s recent article about BTS from their recent GQ Magazine interview has sparked major fury.
BTS recently had a huge editorial with GQ Magazine.
Amid the interview being shared, Billboard shared an article about the interview, but for the headline and tweet caption, they used the quote, “Despite RM saying he’s considering disbanding ‘thousands of times.’”

Yet, rather than anything about the new interview, it was a reference to a past live stream that leader RM did and speculations surrounding his comments.
This led to a lot of criticism towards the publication, claiming that they were taking the interview out of context for clicks. Some even thought it was Billboard being bitter than BTS chose another outlet to make their big comeback interview with, and others brought back past instances of the treatment of BTS.
And that’s why GQ gets the scoop and the big spread in 15 countries and BB magazine gets … to report on it.
