Baddies beware of Flex x Cop 2 Ahn Bo-hyun

Heading into the last leg of promos before next week’s premiere, SBS’s crime-action Flex x Cop 2 is arming police detectives Ahn Bo-hyun (Spring Fever), Jung Eun-chae (Honour), and team to hunt down the baddies of Season 2 in the latest video teaser and stills.
There is certainly no shortage of episodic villains in dramaland and we can expect the likes of Heo Sung-tae (Fifties Professionals) and Lee Hak-joo (Fifties Professionals) to be involved in a range of nefarious dealings, alongside other shady individuals. But the biggest bad of them all, it seems, is Yoo Seung-ho (Deal) in this season’s tale. And with the barred wall between them, he stands mockingly amused in the face of our conflicted hero Jin Yi-soo (Ahn Bo-hyun).
The sharp Joo Hye-ra (Jung Eun-chae) quickly sizes up Yoo Sung-won (Yoo Seung-ho), surmising that he’s proud and wants to boast that he’s the killer. Sung-won is a smart cookie, though, and has been carefully watching Yi-soo’s movements. And it can’t be a coincidence that our chaebol cop soon finds himself in a sticky situation, presumably framed. But Hye-ra is onto Sung-won and scoffs at his arrogant thinking that he can pull off the perfect crime.
Also starring Kang Sang-joon (Azure Spring) and Kim Shin-bi (The First Night With the Duke), SBS’s Flex x Cop 2 will be unfolding over weekends, starting on August 7. Production for the sequel has PD Kim Jae-hong (Revenant) at the helm and scripts by Kim Ba-da (My Name), who led the crew in Season 1 as well.
