Billboard is facing criticism from fans after a recent social media post promoting KATSEYE‘s latest comeback appeared to leave out the group’s only Korean member, Yoonchae.
Following the release of KATSEYE’s new single “Animal,” Billboard shared a promotional post featuring the group’s comeback. The post included a group photo alongside individual photos of each member. Fans quickly noticed that Yoonchae was the only member who did not receive an individual slide, while the other members were all featured separately.
Screenshots of the post soon spread across social media, with many fans accusing Billboard of excluding Yoonchae only.

Yoonchae is always the only one who’s being outrightly discriminated against, but whenever someone else plays the racism card, she never ever once gets into controversy and never gets hated on. You can tell just how much of a good person she is.

Fans are speaking out for her on the post, calling on Billboard to correct the post by uploading an individual photo of Yoonchae as well.
At the time of writing, Billboard has not publicly addressed the criticism surrounding the omission.
