Following the concert, numerous posts began circulating online detailing problems that allegedly occurred throughout the day.

BTS Busan Concert Major Organizational Issues

    • The concert was scheduled to start at 7 PM, but reportedly didn’t begin until well after 8 PM.
    • Crowd control was allegedly poor, with so many people pushing and shoving that some attendees said it’s fortunate a crowd crush incident didn’t occur.
    • There were reportedly shortages of entry wristbands and giveaway items, causing confusion among fans.
    • Merchandise pickup lines and sales lines allegedly became mixed together, creating further chaos.
    • Many attendees claimed the Face Pass entry system was one of the biggest problems.
    • Some fans pointed out that the previous Busan concert was also criticized for being overcrowded and difficult to navigate.
    • If entry delays cause the concert to start late, what are fans who need to catch the last train home supposed to do?

One of the biggest complaints involved the start time. According to attendees, the concert was scheduled to begin at 7pm, but reportedly did not start until well after 8pm, leaving many fans frustrated after hours of waiting.

The delay reportedly created additional problems for concertgoers who needed to catch public transportation after the event.

Many fans questioned what attendees relying on the last train home were expected to do if the performance started significantly later than advertised. Beyond the delayed start, crowd management has become a major point of criticism.

Attendees claimed that the venue became so crowded that people were pushing and shoving while trying to move through the area. Some even described the situation as being severe enough that they felt fortunate a crowd crush incident did not occur.

Fans also reported issues involving merchandise and event benefits. According to multiple accounts, entry wristbands and complimentary gifts allegedly ran out, leaving some attendees unable to receive items they had expected. The situation reportedly became even more confusing when pickup lines and merchandise purchase lines became mixed together, causing further delays and frustration.

Another frequently mentioned complaint involved the event’s facial recognition entry system. Many attendees described the Face Pass system as one of the biggest problems of the day, arguing that it contributed to bottlenecks and slowed down the admission process.

Here’s the f*cking error-ridden process for Face Pass. I gave up on getting the entrance gift at 8.10pm and barely managed to enter while crying. I’m the idiot for believing in this software and not bringing my ID with me. No one was managing the Face Pass or customer service queues and they didn’t even give us guidelines. Although the crowd was the same as 4 years ago, this concert was really hell.

Some fans also pointed out that similar crowd-management concerns had been raised during BTS’ previous Busan concert, questioning why improvements had not been made. As criticism continues spreading online, fans are calling for organizers to review event operations and implement stronger crowd control measures for future large-scale concerts.
