According to a report published on November 8, INB100 not only failed to pay the three singers their settlement money but also obtained joint guarantees from its artists in connection with investment funds it received from outside investors in 2024.
The investment funds in question were advance payments intended to support activities such as concerts and album production. However, the report revealed that the agency had also obtained joint guarantees from the artists.
A joint guarantee means that someone who agrees to act as a guarantor can become financially responsible if the original borrower fails to repay their debt.
The revelation has raised questions about why the singers were involved in guaranteeing their agency’s investment funds in the first place.
Meanwhile, CBX recently secured an injunction suspending the validity of their exclusive contracts with INB100.
