Regarding this, Kwon Sehyuk said, “It was a tough time for us. Beyond the music, we felt deeply sorry to our fans who supported us. Moving forward, we believe it’s natural to present good music and are putting our best effort into working and preparing for upcoming performances.”
He explained, “For live shows as a trio, we are either arranging new compositions suited to the three of us or hiring session musicians to prepare together.”
When asked about conversations with members during the preparation of their first album as a trio, An Taegyu said, “We strongly wanted to produce better results. Although we had numerous discussions before, we spent more time talking about each member’s musical preferences and strengths before starting the work. Getting to know each other more deeply during the process has strengthened our bond greatly.”
Regarding advice from You Hee Yeol, head of music label Antenna and co-lyricist of the track “Back When We Were Young,” Ko Ganghun said, “About the trio reorganization, he encouraged us to ‘stay strong and work hard.’”
