Artists under the entertainment agency SPHERES will no longer be active.
On September 28, SPHERES shared a notice stating that the agency had virtually no money due to investments being pulled and could not continue. The statement also shared that its future plans would no longer come to fruition, including the debut of its boy group BOY19ER and the planned solo debut of JNXSK, formerly a 24K member, Junseok.

We would like to provide an update regarding the idol group our company had been newly preparing to launch.
Although we had been continuing preparations amid much interest and anticipation, we regret to inform you that it has become difficult to proceed further as all investment funds in the company have been fully recovered.
Our company considered various options in an effort to move forward as planned. However, given the current circumstances, we have determined that it would be difficult to maintain the activities and schedule that were originally planned.
As a result, the employees and staff members who had been working with us throughout the preparation process will also unfortunately no longer be able to continue with the project. We are deeply saddened by this outcome, especially for everyone who has worked alongside us and put in so much effort over such a long period of time.
We would also like to inform you that the additional businesses and content projects our company had been preparing, aside from the idol group, will likewise be difficult to proceed with.
We sincerely apologize for having to deliver this sudden news to everyone who has been waiting for and supporting us.
As we had been preparing for this project for a long time, our company also finds this decision deeply regrettable.
We are truly grateful for all the interest and support you have shown us. We will do our best to return with new opportunities and better news in the future.

BOY19ER was announced in 2025, and as recently as early 2026, had plans leading to their debut revealed. JNXSK, who was also previously a member of a pre-debut boy group, HALF&HALF, was announced to have joined the agency in 2025 and was to serve as the main producer for BOY19ER.
